Successfully argued for Somali client's release from the Eloy Detention Center on a Rodriguez bond.  Venue was then changed to the Tucson Immigration Court and the Law Offices of Matthew H. Green successfully concluded client's asylum case when the Immigration Judge granted client's asylum application.  Client will be able to apply for Lawful Permanent Residency in another year.
