Client Drop-Offs, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. only (En Espanol)
It is important for the health of our clients, and the health of our employees, to avoid as much interaction as possible. Therefore, we ask our clients to send any documents to us through the mail, and to conservatively estimate that it will take 2-3 business days for us to receive the documents that you mail to us.
If it is urgent for you to drop off documents at our office, you will be able to do so. We will have a drop box located outside of the glass door to our main building, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. only.
- If you drop off documents, you must first call us to get permission to do so. If you drop off documents without first receiving authorization, we are not responsible for damaged or lost documents.
- Once you drop off documents, you must call the receptionist so that she can immediately come outside and pick up the documents you have left.

Please understand that, in this situation, the receptionist will not be able to speak to you about your case. If you have additional questions, you will need to call the office and we will be happy to continue speaking with you over the phone.
