We cannot thank Jesse enough for what she did for us!!! My wife and I applied for her residency. After submitting all the required forms, paperwork and completing the interview process, we got an "intent to deny" letter. The letter stated that our option was to submit a waiver within 30 days or the petition would be denied. You can imagine what my wife and I felt when we got it. We immediately started looking for immigration attorneys; we interviewed with a couple that simply stated that the case was very complicated and gave us little hope to get it approved. My wife found Jesse on the internet and we decided to call her for an appointment. We were expecting more of the same, but we were pleasantly surprised. One thing is to hire an attorney, but another, is to find someone that cares about your situation and does not treat you as just another case. We found her, and if you have a similar situation, don't look anywhere else. SHE IS EXCELLENT!!!!!
