Jesse is the very best Immigration Lawyer. Period. I am forever grateful for the excellent, thorough, and professional representation I received from Jesse Evans-Schroeder, and her entire team. I was in removal proceedings in Eloy, Arizona, facing deportation for a criminal felony offense I had committed. I had spent 6 years in prison for the felony. Before I knew about Jesse, I had called and met with several other Immigration lawyers that all claimed to specialize in criminal deportation cases. They all basically told me that, because of the "seriousness" of my criminal felony conviction, there was no chance of me winning my deportation case and staying in the country again. When I met Jesse, she had a plan for how to fight and win my deportation case for me. Her office helped me apply for bond, they went to every court hearing with me, and I was released on bond while my case was still waiting for trial with the judge. It became very clear to me that Jesse is a very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer. She knew how to fight USCIS and DHS at every step to make sure that we win. She explained everything to me and she always answered all of my questions. Because of the hard work Jesse and her law firm did on my case, I now have my green card, and I am now a permanent resident of the United States. After we won, the government appealed the case.
