Mrs. Kretz has been very helpful. I was applying for a greencard through marriage and since I had some history with homeland security I was very anxious about the whole process. Ive had homeland officers be very rude and Iโve had issues with visas due to misunderstandings. Catarina has been good at explaining all the steps as well as make sure I understood the questions asked so I could answer them correctly. I deal with anxiety and this whole ordeal was very stressful for me but she did her best to calm me and inform me of everything. Due to my anxiety disorder I donโt remember well so Iโve definitely asked the same questions many times as well as gotten upset over things that I had already been informed was nothing to worry about. There was never any harsh or unprofessional communication back from her or her assistant. Only very professional responses. The interview went smoothly- unlike everything else Iโve experienced with homeland. I would recommend Mrs. Kretz to anyone who needs a knowledgeable and caring lawyer. Thank you Catarina!
