Madison Marshall

Madison (she/her/ella) is an immigration attorney dedicated to advocating for immigrants and their families through compassionate, client-centered representation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before receiving her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, Madison earned a Certificate in Immigration Law and Policy and participated in the Immigration Law Clinic, where she gained practical experience related to representing clients in immigration matters. Her commitment to immigration law and legal scholarship is further reflected in the publication of her student Note in the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, which examined important issues in immigration law and policy particularly related to the protection of migrant children.

Her practice has primarily focused on removal defense, representing individuals facing deportation and working diligently to protect their rights, preserve family unity, and pursue every available form of relief. As a lifelong advocate for women, children, and families, Madison believes that every person deserves to be heard, treated with dignity, and given the opportunity to build a safe and stable future.
